Team Overview

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
• Design and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications at large scale, supporting tens of thousands of transactions per second and 99.999% reliability.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Define Infrastructure-as-Code standards using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Integrate DevOps practices into the software development life cycle.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or AWS CloudWatch.
• Ensure cloud and container environments comply with security and governance policies.
• Evaluate emerging tools, mentor junior engineers, and promote automation, reliability, and scalability.

Technical Environment

• The technical environment includes Kubernetes, Istio, Docker, OpenSearch, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Jenkins, Git, Prometheus, Apache HTTPD, Nginx, Linux/UNIX, and shell scripting.
• Additional technologies include Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, Oracle SOA/BPM, Oracle OSB, ANT, and telecommunications fraud and robocall mitigation systems.
