Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with proven experience.
The role focuses on functional, visually appealing designs that meet project standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Design functional and visually appealing architectural or interior design concepts.
- Prepare technical drawings.
- Coordinate with the site team.
- Ensure designs meet project standards and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in design or architecture; UAE experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, color theory, lighting, and furniture design.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience dealing with consultants and clients.
