About the Role
Architect / Interior Designer role supporting large-scale commercial, residential, and hotel projects.
The role takes designs from concept through construction documentation and covers spatial layout, ambiance, and finishes.
The designer will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Contribute to architectural lighting design and finish strategies.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and electrical teams through execution.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve design issues.
- Prepare and present design proposals internally and to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Five to eight years of experience with large-scale commercial and residential or hotel projects.
- Portfolio showing real project involvement from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- An eye for atmosphere, materiality, spatial experience, and architectural lighting design.
- GCC or Qatar experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with multidisciplinary teams.
