Role Overview
- Seeking an experienced Senior Architectural & Fire Life Safety Engineer with 10+ years of experience.
- Responsible for overseeing architectural and fire safety implementation for data center projects.
- Ensuring compliance with design requirements, Civil Defense regulations, applicable codes, and industry best practices.
Your Role
- Lead architectural supervision activities for data center construction projects.
- Monitor architectural finishes, building envelope, façade systems, and external works.
- Review and inspect fire and life safety installations.
- Verify proper implementation of fire rated walls, compartmentation systems, fire stopping materials, penetration sealing, and smoke containment measures.
- Review and monitor escape routes, emergency exits, egress provisions, and occupant safety requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, fire protection specialists, contractors, and authorities.
- Interface with Civil Defense and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, testing, and certification.
- Review contractor submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Monitor façade and building envelope installations.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and fire protection systems.
- Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and readiness assessments.
