Role Overview
Architect role within an interior design and architecture team.
Develops layouts and drawings, coordinates design and execution teams, and supports site implementation against client and regulatory requirements.
Architectural Design and Planning
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals based on client requirements.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Support space planning and design development.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with regulations.
Drawings and Documentation
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate furniture layouts, lighting plans, and finishing details.
- Maintain accurate drawing and revision documentation.
Site and Project Coordination
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site engineers, and specialist consultants.
- Resolve site issues related to architectural design.
