Role Overview

Integration Strategy and Architecture

• Design scalable integration architectures using Salesforce APIs, middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi, and custom solutions.
• Define real-time, batch, and event-driven integration patterns tailored to client needs.

Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of Salesforce integration projects.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements.

Solution Development

• Develop and deploy custom integration solutions using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectors.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.

Client Engagement

• Translate client business goals into technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.

Documentation and Training

• Create detailed technical documentation and integration playbooks.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct client training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Salesforce consulting and integration-focused roles.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, APIs, and integration architecture.
• Proficiency with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Jitterbit.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and system interoperability.
• English proficiency is required at C2 level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Integration Architecture Designer or Platform Developer II are preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and innovative problem-solving skills are preferred.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is hybrid.
• The work shift may be any shift in India.
