We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our interior design team.
The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural layouts, coordinating with interior designers and project teams, preparing drawings, and ensuring that design concepts are executed effectively at site while meeting client requirements and regulatory standards.
1. Architectural Design & Planning
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals based on client requirements.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Support interior design team in space planning and design development.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with regulations.
2. Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with interior designers for furniture layouts, lighting plans, and finishing details.
- Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and revisions.
