The Architect and Interior Design Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.

This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of architectural and interior design projects, from concept development through to completion.

Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

The manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while guiding design teams and collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with business and user needs.

The role also involves integrating design with other technical and operational systems, supporting innovation, and maintaining consistent brand and experience standards across projects.

• Strong professional skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading building and interior projects.
• Demonstrated project delivery capabilities, including Project Management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of Integration between design solutions and other systems or services, ideally in collaboration with Software Development or technical teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools and software (e.g., CAD/BIM applications) and familiarity with building codes and local regulations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor design teams.
• Experience working in or with purpose-driven, people-centric organizations and the ability to align design solutions with business impact goals.
