• Highline are partnering with an innovative and rapidly scaling technology company transforming the construction industry through AI-driven solutions.
• Our client is looking for an Architect or Construction Specialist with around 5+ years of experience who is looking to move away from a traditional design role and into a more strategic, technology-focused environment.
• This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys architecture and construction but is equally interested in solving broader project challenges, improving processes, and shaping the future of how buildings are delivered.
• You will work at the intersection of construction expertise and technology, using your experience to review projects, identify design and coordination issues, improve quality and compliance processes, and help translate industry knowledge into scalable systems and solutions.
• The role also involves working closely with internal teams and clients to help improve and evolve the platform.
• The requirements of the role are:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related Construction discipline
• Around 5+ years of professional experience within architecture, design, technical delivery or pre-construction environments
• Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination and technical documentation
• Experience reviewing and interpreting complex architectural and technical drawings
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD or similar design tools
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues others may miss
• Interest in technology, AI and improving how traditional construction processes work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with internal teams and clients
• Fluent English required; Arabic would be advantageous
