Role Overview
Full-time, on-site Architect role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role supports new construction and renovation projects for commercial and residential clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural 3D designs and detailed interior designs.
- Produce drawings and specifications for construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Review project plans and participate in design reviews.
- Provide technical guidance during construction on design-related issues.
- Collaborate on building systems integration and support project documentation.
- Contribute to quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Strong architecture and interior design skills covering concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, and detailed building design.
- Project management experience involving planning, stakeholder coordination, and design deliverables.
- Knowledge of building systems integration and multidisciplinary collaboration, including structural and MEP teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, or similar software, plus strong technical drawing skills.
- Understanding of Qatar or Gulf building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field with relevant professional experience.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate in diverse teams.
