Job Overview
Fresher Architect/Site Supervisor/Project Coordinator role supporting ongoing residential interior and renovation projects.
The role covers site supervision, client coordination, project progress, quality execution, and compliance with approved designs and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing work.
- Supervise labourers and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and site safety.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Attend client meetings and assist with presentations when required.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate project records.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Work closely with the core team to ensure proper execution.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is 12th pass.
- Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related backgrounds are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Good communication and coordination abilities are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling to different project sites.
