Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, business process flows, and solution documentation aligned with Archer capabilities
- Support the design and configuration of Archer applications, including workflows, questionnaires, reporting, and data models
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking, validation, and resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and solution architects to ensure successful implementation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release activities
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, data mappings, user guides, test plans, and test results
- Support reporting and dashboard development for Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory stakeholders
- Ensure delivered solutions align with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance objectives
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Archer implementations
- Hands on experience with Archer SaaS, including Archer Evolv
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation
- Experience supporting QA activities, including test planning, test case creation, execution, and UAT coordination
- Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance processes
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Archer Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the Archer SaaS (Archer Evolv) platform.
- This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into scalable, compliant solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis expertise combined with hands on Quality Assurance (QA) experience.

Required Technical Skills
- 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Archer implementations.
- Hands on experience with Archer SaaS, including Archer Evolv.

- Experience supporting QA activities, including test planning, test case creation, execution, and UAT coordination.
- Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance processes.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience implementing Archer use cases such as Operational Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Audit Management.
- Knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, integrations, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, OSFI, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar compliance standards.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI PBA, Agile/Scrum, or Archer Certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise scale GRC transformation initiatives.
Soft Skills
