- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Arabic
- Monitor student progress through effective assessment practices and implement targeted interventions
- Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and language acquisition
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment moderation, and departmental quality assurance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support student success and wellbeing
- Participate actively in professional development, school events, and wider school initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language or a closely related discipline
- Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)
- Valid UAE Teaching Licence or eligibility to obtain one
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with good spoken and written English
- Proven experience teaching Arabic to Non Arab students using UAE Ministry of Education curriculum
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of assessment for learning and differentiated instruction
- Confidence in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning

Essential Requirements

- A proven track record of improving student attainment and progress.
- Experience contributing to curriculum development and whole school improvement initiatives.
- Immediate availability or current residence in the UAE will be an advantage.
