Responsibilities
- Contact Arabic speaking property owners by phone and WhatsApp
- Follow up with warm leads from Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Prospect from property owner lead lists and directories
- Explain Finvarra Capital’s equity release and reinvestment solution clearly
- Book qualified consultations with interested property owners
- Handle objections related to trust, debt, banks, timing, documentation, family approval, and financial concerns
- Maintain accurate CRM updates after every lead interaction
- Manage a pipeline of warm, semi warm, and cold leads
- Follow up consistently until each lead is converted, disqualified, or moved into nurture
- Track daily activity, conversations, follow ups, consultations, and sales opportunities
- Work independently while maintaining high accountability
- Convert qualified opportunities into successful sales

Job Overview
