Job Summary
The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee relations, payroll assistance, attendance management, and administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and employee data.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and health & safety regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions, inductions, and employee engagement activities.
- Support visa processing, medical insurance, and employee documentation if required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR coordination experience, preferably in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payroll coordination and attendance systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes for blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
