Arabic-Speaking Patient Coordinator & Receptionist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception and provide a professional patient experience.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, social media inquiries and patient leads.
• Follow up with patients and convert inquiries into consultations, appointments and treatment bookings.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments and maintain follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient and lead records.
• Coordinate with doctors, management and the clinical team.
• Support monthly sales, booking and revenue targets.
• Assist patients throughout their treatment journey and handle general front-desk administration.

Mandatory requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical center or healthcare environment.
• Experience in reception, patient coordination, customer service and/or sales.
• Strong experience handling WhatsApp leads, calls and social media inquiries.
• Proven ability to follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with monthly targets in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Professional, organized, proactive and highly presentable.
• Available to join immediately.
