Full Job Posting

We are a growing international online education company looking for a confident, persistent Arabic-speaking Enrollment & Sales Specialist to help families in the UAE and surrounding region join our English tutoring programs.

This is a part-time, performance-driven remote sales role working closely with our Operations Department and reporting directly to our COO.

We are a small company, so this is not a role for someone who simply answers incoming messages and waits. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of leads, follows up consistently, builds relationships with parents, and actively works to convert interested families into enrolled students.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to new parent inquiries
  • Speak with parents by WhatsApp and phone
  • Explain our tutoring programs clearly and confidently
  • Help parents choose the best program for their child
  • Manage trial-class inquiries
  • Send free-trial reminders
  • Confirm and coordinate trial lessons selected by parents
  • Support families if problems occur before or during a trial lesson
  • Follow up consistently after trial lessons
  • Continue following up with interested parents who have not yet enrolled
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update sales information
  • Communicate important information to the Operations Department
  • Hand enrolled families over smoothly to our Customer Support & Operations team
  • Meet agreed sales and follow-up expectations

Working Hours

This position is approximately 15 hours per week plus commission.

The normal daily schedule is:

  • 7:45 PM-10:15 PM UAE time for sales coverage, trial support, and lead management
  • An additional 30 minutes per day allocated for free-trial reminders and parent calls that need to take place outside the normal evening shift

The additional 30 minutes is included so that reasonable calls outside normal working hours are properly accounted for.

Parents may occasionally request calls at different times, so some flexibility is required.

During the main evening shift, the salesperson is expected to be actively working leads, following up with families, making calls, handling trial-related issues, updating records, and working toward conversions.

This is not passive standby time.

During initial training, additional weekday morning hours may be required because our international team operates across multiple time zones.

After training, morning meetings are expected to decrease significantly.

Compensation

This role includes:

  • Part-time base compensation for approximately 15 hours per week
  • Commission for successful enrollments
  • Higher commission for longer student commitments

Commission may be structured differently depending on whether a family enrolls for:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months or longer

Strong sales performance can significantly increase total monthly compensation.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker required
  • Gulf Arabic strongly preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Comfortable selling directly to parents
  • Persistent and disciplined with follow-up
  • Comfortable calling leads rather than relying only on text messages
  • Able to take ownership of the full sales process from inquiry through enrollment
  • Motivated by performance and commission
  • Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
  • Able to work independently without constant reminders
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving international company
  • Able to commit to a minimum one-year contract
  • Comfortable using online business systems and digital tools

Experience with platforms such as Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, Stripe, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and scheduling tools is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Sales
  • Education sales
  • Customer service
  • Admissions or enrollment
  • Online education
  • Tutoring companies
  • Working directly with parents

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to submit a short 60-90 second video introduction before the interview stage, including a brief response in both Arabic and English.

We are specifically looking for someone who follows up, takes responsibility for results, and is comfortable being measured by actual conversions rather than simply responding to messages.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

  • Sales : 3 years (Required)
  • Academic Enrollment: 2 years (Preferred)
