- Deliver English language training courses for students and professionals
- Teach General English, Business English, and IELTS preparation courses
- Assess students' language proficiency and learning needs
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English language proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of English language teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Experience teaching adult learners and teenagers
- Must be based in Dubai
- KHDA approval is an advantage (or willingness to apply)
- CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
- Experience teaching IELTS preparation courses (preferred)
- Experience in corporate English training (preferred)
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and online learning platforms (preferred)

Job Summary
- DIGI Training and Development Institution in Dubai is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Arabic Native Speaking English Language Trainer to join our academic team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English to Arabic speaking learners and be able to deliver engaging, practical, and learner centered lessons for teenagers and adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver English language training courses for students and professionals.
- Teach General English, Business English, and IELTS preparation courses.
- Assess students' language proficiency and learning needs.
