Job Title: Arabic Male Receptionist with residence owned visa
Working Hours
6 days a week
8 hours daily (12:00 PM - 09:00 PM including one hour break)
One day off
We are seeking a dedicated, active, and professional **Arabic Male Receptionist** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, well-organized, and capable of efficiently managing front desk responsibilities.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and understanding)
- Valid residence visa
- **Preferably available and can join immediately**
- Active, flexible, and well-organized
- Working knowledge of general administrative practices
- Computer literate with moderate typing speed
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they arrive and assist them professionally
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Arrange follow-up appointments and provide reminder calls
- Coordinate with medical insurance providers regarding co-payments
- Verify payment methods and collect payments when required
- Perform general office duties (filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.)
