Overview
- We are urgently hiring a talented, dynamic Arabic Speaking Makeup Artist / Stylist to represent leading premium beauty brands across high footfall luxury malls and lifestyle destinations in Dubai.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Languages: Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills (Both are strictly required).
- Legal Status: Must possess a valid Emirates ID and Own Visa (Spouse/Parent/Freelance).
- Personality: Confident, outgoing, energetic, and highly customer oriented.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts and moving between different mall locations in Dubai.
- Start Date: Must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Actively approach, welcome, and attract mall visitors to the brand counter.
- Artistry and Consultation: Provide expert makeup advice, product demonstrations, and personalized beauty recommendations.
- Drive Sales: Promote brand products effectively to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional, luxury tier shopping experience to every customer.
- Brand Image: Maintain a flawless, professional appearance and adhere to brand grooming standards at all times.
Working Hours and Schedule
- Standard Shift: 9 hours per day (8 hours on floor + 1 hour break)
- Ramadan Shift: Reduced to 7 hours per day
- Schedule: 6 working days + 1 day off per week (Rotational/flexible shifts)
