Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant** to join our finance team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring accounting professional to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

**Data Entry & Processing:** Accurately post and process invoices and bills, and update financial data in accounts payable and receivable modules to ensure readiness for reporting.

**Record Keeping:** Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records, including systematic filing and archiving of all financial documents.

**Financial Reporting Support:** Assist in the preparation of various financial reports by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

**Reconciliation:** Support reconciliation activities for various accounts as required.

**Compliance:** Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

**Nationality:** Must be of **Arabic nationality**.

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience:** 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Proficiency

  • ***** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Familiarity with accounting software; experience with **Odoo** is a significantadvantage.
  • **Accounting Knowledge:** Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and practices.
  • **Attention to Detail:** Exceptional meticulousness and accuracy are paramount for maintaining data integrity.
  • **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to work with numbers, analyze financial data, and identify discrepancies.
  • **Organizational Skills:** Excellent capabilities in organizing tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining well-structured financial records.
  • **Teamwork & Communication:** Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with good communication skills.
