About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adapt as necessary to meet changing priorities.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage project budgets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including ITIL frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proven experience managing IT projects in a relevant environment
• Strong knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project and Jira
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in Arabic and English
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with risk management and resource planning
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are preferred

Preferred

• Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices
