- 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design / Content Creation
- Strong expertise in Instructor Led Training (ILT/VILT) facilitation
- Strong expertise in learning content development
- Strong expertise in coaching & learner engagement
- Trainer Certification / Accreditation
- Coaching Certification (ICF/EMCC preferred)
- Experience with front line, Mid Management & Leadership level behavioural training
- Experience with corporate capability building projects
- Experience working with multicultural teams and organizations

Role Requirements
- Arabic National with fluency in Arabic & English.
- 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, Corporate Training, Instructional Design / Content Creation.
