- Assist with ordering supplies to ensure uninterrupted meal service
- Support special events and adapt recipes as needed
Requirements
- Professional experience in preparing and cooking Arabic cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation standards
- Ability to plan menus, manage portion sizes, and organize ingredients
- Skill in coordinating with kitchen and service staff
- Experience in large scale or institutional catering
- Capability to work on site in Abu Dhabi on a full time basis
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage

Role Description
- The Arabic Food Cook is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi at Al Dhafra Workers Village.
- The cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Arabic dishes.
