Arabic Female - Salon Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Must be arabic speaking.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Excellent expertise in hair treatments.
• Experience in salon operations.
• Determine appropriate marketing strategies and guide the business to boost bookings.
• Maintain high customer service levels; handle complaints promptly, efficiently, and confidentially, initiating corrective actions as required.
• Ensure quality assurance.
• Analyze monthly KPIs to create work schedules that meet business targets and sales goals.
• Implement fresh, effective methods to retain and grow the customer base.
• Supervise staff and ensure branch staff adhere to company rules and service procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by the Owner.
• Identify and prioritize guest needs and determine products or services to meet those needs.
• Handle guests’ complaints and resolve them on the spot.
• Create process-improvement teams by setting targets.
• Provide health and hygiene awareness to staff in monthly meetings.
• Plan, train, and provide resources to the team; integrate management to drive daily process improvements, followed by standardization.
• Evaluate progress against the plan and adjust as needed.
• Provide ongoing employee awareness and feedback; establish an employee reward/recognition process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
