A medical center in Sharjah is seeking an indoor Sales and Marketing Agent.
The role involves closing sales inside the clinic and over the phone while maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in the medical field.
- Arabic-only language requirement.
- High school diploma and proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of telesales practices and principles.
- Strong communication, listening, negotiation, complaint-resolution, and stress-handling skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone, respond to advertising inquiries, and promote medical products or services.
- Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing and address customer questions.
- Follow up after sales, maintain customer loyalty, and assess client needs.
- Collaborate on telemarketing strategies, meet sales targets, and maintain call, lead, and sales records.
- Stay updated on industry developments and the company's latest products and services.
