Role Overview
The role is for an Arabic-speaking Sales Consultant working in an in-person office environment.
The position focuses on sales, negotiation, customer relationships, service, problem solving, and target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Sell and negotiate with customers while working toward assigned targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer service and resolve customer problems.
- Use Excel, Word, and other office programs for sales-related work.
- Work under pressure in an in-person office environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Arabic native-speaker proficiency and good to excellent English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word or comparable office programs.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Real estate industry sales experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,500 to QAR 5,000 per month.
- Salary will be discussed during the interview.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the office in Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar.
