- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information about padel, tennis, pickleball, and sports products
- Process customer orders and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams
- Follow up on deliveries, exchanges, and warranty requests
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Support daily store operations and maintain product displays
- Build long term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Excellent problem solving skills

Overview
- We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer focused Arabic Customer Service Representative to join the Padel Life Shop team in Dubai.
- Must be a fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written).
- As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product inquiries, process orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about padel, tennis, pickleball, and sports products.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.
- Follow up on deliveries, exchanges, and warranty requests.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Support daily store operations and maintain product displays.
- Build long term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
- Experience using POS or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent problem solving skills.
- Passion for sports is a plus.
Working Schedule
- Full time position.
- 8 working hours per day.
- 6 working days per week.
- 1 day off per week.
