MACS Group is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic, Arabic‑speaking Female Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships across UAE markets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategic growth plans
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and client visits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements
- Female candidate (Arabic speaker)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in Business Development or Sales (UAE preferred)
- Presentable, confident, and target‑driven
- Valid UAE residency
