Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat medical skin, hair, and nail conditions
- Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox, skin boosters, thread lifts, PRP, and chemical peels
- Operate advanced dermatological lasers and energy based devices
- Conduct consultations in Arabic and English, building rapport and explaining treatment plans
- Cross sell treatments and recommend home care skincare regimens
- Maintain confidential electronic medical records in compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations
Requirements
- Female, native Arabic speaker with professional English proficiency
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Dermatology (MBBS + MD/MSc/DNB or European Board equivalent)
- Active and valid DHA/DOH/MOH Specialist or Consultant license (or eligibility letter)
- Minimum 2 5 years post qualification experience in a private aesthetic clinic or hospital in UAE or GCC
- Strong portfolio of before and after aesthetic work
- Existing patient base in UAE is a major advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Female Arabic speaking Specialist or Consultant Dermatologist.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical judgment in medical dermatology with an artistic eye for facial aesthetics.
- This is a revenue share position offering immense earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical skin, hair, and nail conditions.
- Aesthetic Artistry: Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox, skin boosters, thread lifts, PRP, and chemical peels.
- Device Expertise: Operate advanced dermatological lasers and energy based devices.
- Patient Relations: Conduct consultations in fluent Arabic and English.
- Revenue Generation: Actively cross sell treatments and recommend home care skincare regimens.
- Compliance: Maintain flawless, confidential electronic medical records in compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Gender/Language: Female, native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English.
- Education: Master’s Degree or PhD in Dermatology (MBBS + MD/MSc/DNB or European Board equivalent).
- Licensing: Must possess an active and valid DHA/DOH/MOH Specialist or Consultant license (or eligibility letter).
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of post qualification experience in a private aesthetic clinic or hospital in the UAE or GCC region.
- Skills: Strong portfolio of before and after aesthetic work; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- An existing patient base in the UAE is a major advantage.
