Role Summary
The APR Analyst works with development managers, Finance, and other Global Technology Services stakeholders.
The role supports a critical organization-wide program through technology strategy, project management, and business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and execute diverse projects with engagement and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and structure appropriate working groups to execute application rationalization plans.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure execution against timelines and alignment with strategy.
- Identify impediments across work streams and collaborate with functional areas to resolve them.
Core and Must-Have Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in technology strategy, project management, or business analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience working with global teams is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills across and outside the organization as needed.
- Project management experience.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Prior application-related analysis experience in financial services.
