Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst

• Lead a growing local Platform and Infrastructure Development team less than 10 people
• Collaborate with global leads and architect to deliver sound, stable, robust technology solutions
• Support and enhance the existing infrastructure across a variety of technologies (Java, Python, .Net, Angular, RBDMS, Distributed Databases, Cache Solutions – REDIS, SOA, Distributed Grid Computing, ECS – OpenShift, Kubernetes )
• Support the application for critical business flows such as pre-trade control, control execution, design and development required control implementation framework.
• Participate in the rebuilding of the platform
• Provide innovative implementations for technical data management and business data availability requirements
• Balance fast time to market (client delivery) with proper governance, compliance, and audit mandates
• Cater to the technology requirements from both business as well as technology clients - offering timely solutions, developing, testing, and implementing these solutions
• Collaborate with Business Analysis team on Control development use cases and data requirement and dependency for control implementations

• Dependent Technology teams (Trade, Risk and Shared Services)

• Front Office Trade Capture Systems Technology Teams
• Regulatory Reform and Internal Audit Team

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
