The Apprentice- Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Development role will support ERP training efforts by building Oracle Guided Learning content that helps end users complete everyday system tasks.
This role is structured, task-driven, and learning-oriented.
Most functional guidance, requirements, and review feedback will be provided by the Training Lead rather than requiring direct interaction with subject matter experts.
The apprentice is expected to learn quickly, apply standards consistently, and improve quality over time through coaching and feedback.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new tools while working in a real production environment.
