Responsibilities

  • Assist senior analysts with data collection and entry for emerging market projects.
  • Prepare and format routine reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage internal and external email communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and update databases.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials and slide decks.
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings and conference calls across time zones.
  • Perform basic research on market trends and regulatory updates.
  • Help with onboarding documentation for new clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and email etiquette.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, charts).
  • General computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to develop a career in emerging markets and back‑office support.
