- Ensuring the efficient design and delivery of e-marketing materials
- Dealing with general online customer queries and IT queries / issues, escalating where necessary
- Liaising with agents and internal contacts
- Building websites from agreed templates
• Meeting Service Level Agreements
- Maintaining records of calls and queries
- Training calls to agents on how to use our online platforms
- Training via a Customer Service Apprenticeship, depending on knowledge, skills and experience
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days per year by length of service
- Ability to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday, at certain points in the year
