Overview

**Kilo PropCo AB** is a holding company (PropCo structure) focused on Owning and managing industrial/commercial real estate assets, Leasing properties to tenants, Working with external property managers and technical partners.

An **appointment setter** is responsible for contacting potential clients (leads), qualifying them, and booking meetings for the sales team.

The role is part of sales and lead generation, but does not usually close deals.

Key Responsibilities

***Lead Outreach***

Call, message, or email potential clients (cold and warm leads)

Respond to inquiries from ads, websites, or campaigns

***Lead Qualification***

Ask questions to assess client needs, budget, and interest

Filter qualified vs unqualified leads

Follow scripts or sales frameworks

***Appointment Booking***

Schedule meetings for sales agents or consultants

Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments

Send reminders to reduce no-shows

***Follow-ups***

Re-contact leads who didn’t book initially

Nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email

Maintain consistent communication

***CRM & Reporting***

Update CRM systems with lead status and notes

Track KPIs (calls made, bookings, show-up rates)

Report performance to managers

Skills & Requirements

Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Confidence in phone conversations

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Basic CRM knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
