Appointment Setter/ Client Development Specialist

You'll be starting conversations through your network, social platforms, referrals, and professional communities with people who are already thinking about their financial future. Your job is to figure out where they're really at, explain what we do in a way that makes sense to them, and decide if they're ready for a deeper conversation with our advisory team. If they are, you set the appointment.

That's it. No cold-call quotas, no manipulation, no "always be closing." Just conversations that go somewhere real.

Reaching out to prospects through social platforms, referrals, and network

Having honest, curious conversations - not pitches

Figuring out someone's goals, challenges, and financial picture through good questions

Explaining our services simply, without jargon or pressure

Judging real readiness before pushing anyone toward a next step

Booking and prepping appointments for the advisory team

Keeping your notes and follow-up tight and consistent

Building your own pipeline and hitting your weekly activity targets

You've done client-facing work before - sales, consulting, hospitality, customer service, anything where trust had to be earned fast

You don't need someone managing you to stay consistent

You're coachable - you want to get better, not defend how you already do things

You want flexibility and are comfortable with income tied to your own activity, not a fixed paycheck

No license or certification needed to start. This is a conversation and coordination role - not a licensed advisory position.
