The role supports prospect outreach, appointment coordination, lead follow-up, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and conduct outreach through appropriate communication channels.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments with qualified prospects.
- Maintain prospect, appointment, and follow-up records.
- Update CRM systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and tracking tools.
- Coordinate with sales or business development teams.
- Track activities and prepare basic performance reports.
- Support improvements to outreach, scheduling, and follow-up processes.
Requirements
- Three or more years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
