Employment and Schedule
- This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours.
- Scheduling may be arranged around existing professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up with potential prospects through approved communication channels.
- Assist with outbound outreach and appointment-setting activities.
- Schedule meetings, consultations, calls, and business appointments.
- Coordinate appointment dates, times, confirmations, and rescheduling.
- Maintain accurate prospect, appointment, and follow-up records.
- Update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams on qualified opportunities.
- Prepare routine appointment and outreach reports.
- Support improvements to appointment-setting and lead coordination workflows.
