Role Overview

The employer is hiring a part-time Appointment Setter to support prospect outreach and meeting coordination.

The role identifies prospects, conducts outreach, qualifies basic requirements, schedules meetings, and maintains lead and appointment information.

Work Arrangement

  • The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and uses a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Applicants must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research prospects based on defined target profiles and conduct professional outreach.
  • Introduce relevant business products, services, or opportunities to prospective contacts.
  • Qualify prospects based on requirements, interest, availability, or business needs.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and confirm appointment details.
  • Follow up on scheduled meetings and outstanding prospect responses.
  • Maintain CRM records for leads, contacts, outreach, appointments, statuses, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor appointments and help reduce missed or incomplete bookings.
  • Coordinate with sales, business development, and operations teams on qualified leads.
  • Prepare activity reports and support workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant appointment-setting, lead-generation, sales-support, business-development, or telesales experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects, conversations, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work toward activity and appointment targets.
  • Previous CRM-based lead management experience is an advantage.
