About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for customer segmentation, acquisition, pricing, and lifetime value use cases.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and define success metrics with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI and machine learning approaches and build production solutions.
• Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and monitoring for performance, fairness, and stability.
• Communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
• Stay current with machine learning research and bring innovative approaches into production.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience applying machine learning to real-world business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and key machine learning libraries.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, feature engineering, and model interpretability.
• Hands-on production experience with model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience delivering results in cross-functional teams.
• An undergraduate degree is required; an advanced technical STEM degree is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Exposure to Generative AI or large language models and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with causal inference or reinforcement learning.

Pay Details

• The stated pay range is $105,500–$125,000 CAD and includes a temporary market premium; the compensation cadence is not specified.
