Role Overview
TD is seeking an Applied Machine Learning Scientist to develop and deploy machine learning solutions for data-driven decision-making in Business Banking.
The position is part of the Analytics, Insights, and Artificial Intelligence line of business and is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Pay Details
- The posted pay range is $105,500 to $125,000 CAD.
- The stated pay reflects a temporary market premium specific to the role that is reassessed annually.
What You Will Do
- Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive and generative AI models for agentic AI, large language models, pricing, and anomaly detection use cases.
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and define success metrics and solution approaches with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct model evaluation, documentation, A/B testing, and monitoring to support performance, fairness, and production stability.
- Communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
- Stay current with machine learning research and industry trends and bring innovative approaches into production.
