Collaboration

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to identify pain points worth automating.
• Explain cost, latency, accuracy, and reliability trade-offs in plain language.

Required Qualifications

• Strong coding competency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including independent software development, debugging, and maintenance.
• Deep comfort with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, and SaaS system integration.
• Solid Git, testing, and debugging practices.
• Ability to take vague requests and ship working solutions end to end.
• Hands-on experience building production or production-like applications with AI integration.
• Working knowledge of prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool use, and agent architectures.
• Experience with a workflow automation platform, with n8n preferred and Zapier or Make also valued.
• Understanding of model trade-offs involving latency, cost, accuracy, and model selection.
• Bias toward action, structured problem solving, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or consuming MCP servers, or working with the Claude Agent SDK or agentic frameworks.
• Experience with browser automation tools such as Browserbase, Stagehand, Playwright, Puppeteer, or agent-driven browsing.
• Experience with vector databases, search systems, or LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Background in B2B SaaS, go-to-market operations, revenue operations, account-based marketing, account-based experience, or agency environments.
