• Strong technical skills covering Windows, Unix, SQL, infrastructure and cloud-based technologies
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets including the management of risk
• An ability to communicate effectively with different audiences
• An ability to lead incident management calls effectively
• A dynamic, proactive outlook, focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills

• Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
