Job Overview
The Applications Support Technical Lead Analyst is a strategic technical professional and recognized authority for an area of applications support.
The role has significant impact through complex deliverables, technical advice, and guidance across technology and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with technology teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, analyze system logic, and implement solutions.
- Define scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution.
- Document requirements and system impacts with Product Owners and analyst teams.
- Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues and recommend mitigation options.
- Coach lower-level analysts and allocate work.
- Support strategic functional decisions through analysis, advice, and counsel.
- Oversee Level 2 production support and availability for critical global and regional applications.
- Coordinate issue resolution and status communication with business and technical stakeholders.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and control requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience.
- Practical problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills.
