Responsibilities
- Provide day to day operational support for Oracle applications
- Assist in IT system testing, UAT, and change management for Oracle bug fixes and enhancements
- Manage user accounts for Oracle ERP solution
- Support users of DPE applications and ensure documentation, training, and security
- Lead workshops to address cross functional issues and processes
- Monitor application usage and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage small to medium IT projects from requirements to execution
- Provide onsite and remote support for all DPE applications
Requirements
