Manage execution across multiple customer projects.

Resolve customer escalations and drive solutions.

Standardize integration reviews and engagement best practices.

Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for improvements.

Track metrics and optimize team processes.

What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering. 15+ years in SoC/ASIC development and technical leadership.

Strong team leadership and customer support skills.

Willing to travel for key engagements no more than 15% of the time.
