Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst / Platform Support Engineer to support mission-critical banking applications and infrastructure platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring application stability, production support, incident resolution, change implementation, release coordination, and platform monitoring across distributed environments.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Linux, AutoSys, FeedHub, Certificate Management, CI/CD tools, and Production Support operations, along with strong exposure to incident management, change management, and on-call support.
This role requires close collaboration with Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and Business Support teams to maintain high availability, reliability, and operational excellence for business-critical banking systems.
