Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our applications and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer effective support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
- Ensure data privacy and security by adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance support strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the effective use of our applications.
- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles to improve self-service support.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or help desk role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
- Proficiency in using help desk or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic understanding of BFSI products and services, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
