Job Description
Provide L1 technical support for the bank's enterprise loyalty system and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the loyalty vendor for L2/L3 incident and service-request resolution within SLA timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot loyalty application, portal, and database issues.
- Provide technical and application support to teams.
- Document support issues and escalate them to IT staff or vendors when necessary.
- Coordinate activities among business and technical groups.
- Propose viable solutions to technical issues within the acceptable scope.
- Monitor task progress and identify and rectify problems early.
- Provide customer service to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation for existing systems and processes.
- Follow IT and bank policies and procedures.
- Follow release-management processes for non-production and production deployments.
- Meet performance standards and assigned KPIs.
- Provide work coverage and administrative notification during personnel absences.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge for data analysis, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
